Processing Time
Our bows are hand made to order and typically processed within 3–5 business days. During product launches, holidays, sales, or other busy seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is an unexpected delay, we’ll reach out to keep you informed.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
- Free standard shipping is available on all orders of $75 or more (before taxes and after any discounts are applied).
- Orders under $75 will be charged shipping at checkout based on the shipping method selected.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow the shipping carrier additional time during holidays or periods of high shipping volume.
Local Pickup
We are happy to offer free local pickup! If local pickup is available for your order, simply select the Local Pickup option during checkout. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready along with pickup instructions. Please wait for your pickup confirmation before arriving.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been shipped, Hello Darling is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you experience a shipping issue, please contact the carrier directly. If you need assistance, we’re always happy to help however we can.
Shipping Address
Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order. We are unable to replace or refund orders that are shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
